Remote Account Support Officer

SABIC, a global leader in diversified chemicals, is seeking a passionate and driven Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Account Support Officer, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing account support to clients through phone and email communication - Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Conducting market research to identify potential new clients - Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients - Assisting with the development of sales strategies and targets - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database
