Dallah Healthcare Company is seeking a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. Responsibilities: - Assist with account management tasks, such as processing payments, updating client information, and reconciling accounts - Provide support to clients by answering their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting - Use your creativity and teamwork skills to develop innovative solutions to improve our financial processes - Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world
