Job Description:
Saudi Telecom Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Support Officer in our Medina office. As an Associate-level role, the Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting our sales and account management teams.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide assistance with any account-related inquiries. 2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions. 3. Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential leads. 5. Prepare reports and analysis on account performance and trends. 6. Provide support in the implementation of new products and services. 7. Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve any issues or concerns. 8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or account support role. 2. Reliable and resilient personality traits with a strong work ethic. 3. Leadership and critical thinking skills to effectively problem-solve and make informed decisions. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
