Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Account Support Officer to join our team at National Industrialization Company. As an Account Support Officer working from home, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounting department. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is confident, energetic, analytical, and has strong time management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with data entry and financial record keeping 2. Prepare financial reports and documentation 3. Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve inquiries 4. Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes 5. Support the accounting team with various ad-hoc tasks 6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2. 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance 3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 5. Excellent time management and organizational skills 6. Ability to work independently and remotely 7. Confident and energetic personality
