Account Support Officer - Work from home

As an Account Support Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to the accounts team in managing customer accounts, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and assisting with account reconciliations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, as well as preparing reports and analysis on account performance.

Key responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service to account holders - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with the accounts team to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer account information - Assisting with account reconciliations and identifying discrepancies - Generating reports and analysis on account performance and trends

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to conduct thorough research - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
