Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Account Support Officer to join our team at Hilton in Mecca, SA. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Conduct thorough research on client accounts and industry trends to provide valuable insights and data-driven recommendations. 3. Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies to drive growth and retention. 4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective campaigns and promotions for client accounts. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software. 6. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering personalized solutions. 7. Prepare reports and presentations on account performance and recommendations for improvement. 8. Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve account support strategies. 9. Work independently to meet deadlines and achieve goals, while also collaborating effectively with team members.

Requirements: 1. Independent and confident personality traits to effectively manage client relationships and projects. 2. Strong research skills to gather relevant information and insights for account support. 3. Persuasion skills to influence client decisions and advocate for their best interests. 4. Experience in a customer service or account management role for at least 4 years. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 8.
