Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Al Hokair Group is seeking a part-time Account Support Officer to work from home in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in account support roles. We are looking for someone who is passionate, hardworking, and possesses strong analytical and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the Accounts department in managing client accounts - Conduct research and analysis to assist in creating reports and presentations - Communicate effectively with clients to address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of accounts - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in account support roles - Strong analytical and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
