Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Saudi Ceramics is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Support Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. The Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain and update client accounts, ensuring all information is current and accurate - Assist with billing and invoicing processes - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients based on their needs - Provide support to the accounting department as needed - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities and leadership qualities - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Reliable and driven individual who takes initiative and works well independently - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
