Remote Account Support Representative

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts, providing assistance and support to clients remotely, and ensuring prompt and accurate response to client inquiries. You will also be responsible for documenting client interactions, updating client information, and resolving any account-related issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate for this role will be independent and reliable, with a strong attention to detail and excellent planning skills. You must have a proactive approach to problem-solving and be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are also essential for success in this role.
