Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description: Hilton is looking for a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with account-related issues - Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information - Collaborate with the sales team to support client needs and address any concerns - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Meet and exceed performance goals related to customer service and account management - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients and colleagues - Continuously update knowledge of Hilton's products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality - Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade customers effectively - Proven track record of problem-solving and resolving customer issues - Experience in account management or customer support preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
