Account Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Account Support Representative to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Mecca. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests related to their accounts. 2. Manage client relationships and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. 5. Provide support in generating reports and analyzing data to help improve client retention. 6. Assist in developing creative solutions to enhance the client experience. 7. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are being met. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or account support role. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 7. Must be dedicated, energetic, and possess strong people management skills. 8.
