Account Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Account Support Representative to join our team at Al Tazaj in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients - Manage client inquiries and resolve any problems or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients on their account status - Assist in creating and implementing strategies to grow client accounts and increase revenue

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or account management role - Independent and reliable with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work well within a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
