Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Al Tazaj is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing customer service and support to our clients, maintaining client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position is entry level and requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions - Manage and maintain client accounts, including processing orders and resolving any issues or concerns - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify any opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to provide support and assistance as needed - Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to client accounts - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and potential areas for improvement

Requirements: - Independent and hardworking personality traits - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and plan effectively - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
