Account Support Representative

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their careers in the business world.

As an Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also assist the account management team with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, preparing reports, and updating customer information in our database.

Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with the account management team to provide support and assistance as needed - Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and reports - Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues
