Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team at Saudi Binladin Group in Mecca, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in account support or a related field. As a Remote Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining client accounts, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist clients with account inquiries and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Prepare reports and documents for management review - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices - Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in account support or a related field - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong presentation and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
