Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an Account Support Specialist to join our team at Herfy Food Services Co in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing support to our account management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our client accounts.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist account managers in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. 2. Act as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Prepare and present reports on account performance and provide insights for strategic planning. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate account activities and ensure client needs are met. 5. Monitor account activity, track metrics, and identify opportunities for growth. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of account management strategies. 7. Support account managers in developing presentations and proposals for client meetings. 8. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support account planning.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or a similar role. 3. Motivated and independent with strong attention to detail. 4. Excellent strategic planning and presentation skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
