Job Description:
The Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company is seeking a passionate and reliable Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients remotely. 2. Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 3. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns. 5. Utilize project management skills to track progress on customer accounts and ensure timely delivery of services. 6. Implement company policies and procedures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers. 8. Generate reports on customer interactions and account activities for internal review.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Proven experience in customer service or account management. 4. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 7. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations. 8. Reliable and dependable work ethic.
