Job Description:
SABIC is seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Medina, SA on a part-time basis. This entry-level role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar position. As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing remote assistance to SABIC's clients, ensuring that their accounts are properly maintained and addressing any concerns they may have.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat to address any inquiries or issues they may have with their accounts - Assist clients with navigating SABIC's online platform and provide technical support as needed - Work closely with the sales team to ensure that client accounts are properly maintained and updated - Conduct regular account reviews to identify any areas for improvement or potential growth opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any account-related issues in a timely manner - Provide regular feedback to management on client satisfaction and areas for improvement - Keep accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and account activities
Requirements: - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Technical proficiency to navigate SABIC's online platform and assist clients with technical issues - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in customer service or account management is preferred
