Account Support Specialist - Work from home

As an Account Support Specialist at Advanced Petrochemical Company, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Riyadh, SA.

Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues that may arise - Manage client accounts and provide support as needed - Monitor account activity and provide regular updates to clients - Assist in the development of client strategies and plans - Conduct regular client meetings to discuss progress and address any concerns - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize client satisfaction and retention - Analyze data and generate reports to evaluate client performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in account management or a related field - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Strong decision-making and project management skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
