Bawan Company is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Account Support Specialist. This is a part-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional support to clients by addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. 2. Managing client accounts and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all account-related activities. 3. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients. 4. Conducting research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in order to provide valuable insights to clients. 5. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster long-lasting partnerships. 6. Assisting in the creation of reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. 7. Contributing to the overall success of the team through teamwork, collaboration, and a positive attitude.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and able to think outside the box to find solutions to complex problems. 2. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism. 3. Strong emotional intelligence to navigate client relationships effectively. 4. Excellent research skills to stay informed and provide valuable insights. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
