Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Saudi Railways Organization is seeking a passionate and resourceful Account Support Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time position which can be done from the comfort of your own home in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level role, we require candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 3. Assist in the coordination of sales activities, including proposal generation and contract management. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns promptly. 5. Analyze account data and provide regular reports to management. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recommend strategies for growth. 7. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management. 3. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
