Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Call Center Assistant. This part-time entry-level position is based in Jeddah, SA, and requires 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency - Provide information about our company's products and services - Assist customers with placing orders or resolving issues - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding matters - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace - Independent and able to work effectively with minimal supervision - Strong planning and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
