Job Description: As a Remote Call Center Assistant at Sipchem, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone. Your main duties will include answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. You will also be required to conduct research to assist customers with their queries and provide them with relevant information.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries 2. Provide information about products and services 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner 4. Conduct research to find solutions to customer issues 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions 6. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction 8. Meet daily and monthly targets for call resolution and customer satisfaction
Requirements: 1. Confident and energetic personality 2. Excellent communication skills 3. Ability to conduct research and find solutions quickly 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 5. Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and call center technology 7. High school diploma or equivalent 8. Availability to work part-time hours 9. Visa sponsorship for applicants living outside of Saudi Arabia
