Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Call Center Assistant to join our team at Saudi Binladin Group in Medina, SA. As an entry-level position, the Call Center Assistant will be responsible for assisting with inbound and outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and resolving customer complaints. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys - Provide information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures - Participate in training and development programs as needed - Other duties as assigned by the Call Center Manager

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred - Excellent communication skills - Strong people management skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
