Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Call Center Assistant to join our team at Al Khodari Sons Company in Riyadh, SA. Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, resolve issues, and gather feedback. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed performance targets. 6. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Demonstrated people management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. 5.
