Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

National Water Company is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and resilient, with a creative and analytical mindset. As a Remote Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries and concerns. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Input and update customer information in the database accurately. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and service quality. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Ability to adapt to change and respond resiliently in challenging situations.
