Job Description - Call Center Assistant

Job Description:


The Call Center Assistant at Savola Group will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone. This role is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity to grow within the company. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, energetic, and possess excellent people and project management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, concerns, and product information. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers on their orders, feedback, and satisfaction. 3. Manage customer accounts, updating information and resolving any issues that may arise. 4. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize the company's CRM system to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. 6. Stay up to date on the company's products and services in order to effectively assist customers. 7. Work towards meeting and exceeding established customer satisfaction goals.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. 6. Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed. 7. Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
