Job Description - Call Center Assistant

Job Description:


Saudi Aramco is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Call Center Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Entry Level position with 1 year of experience, this part-time role will primarily focus on providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong planning skills and emotional intelligence to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints. 3. Review and update customer account information as needed. 4. Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. 7. Handle escalated calls and provide solutions in a timely manner. 8. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 5. Experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. 6. Must be dedicated and adaptable to changing priorities. 7. Excellent planning skills and emotional intelligence.
