Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team at National Industrialization Company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time position with an associate level seniority and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency - Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Following call scripts and processes to ensure consistency - Collecting and documenting customer information accurately - Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals - Adhering to company policies and procedures - Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong adaptability and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a quiet home office and reliable internet connection - Fluent in English, Arabic proficiency is a plus
