Job Description - Call Center Assistant

Job Description:


ACWA Power is seeking a part-time Call Center Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate Level position, the Call Center Assistant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, issues, and requests. 2. Make outgoing calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, and gather feedback. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our database. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and independent mindset to handle challenging situations with grace. 2. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to effectively interact with customers. 3. Innovative thinking to come up with creative solutions to customer problems. 4. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
