Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a reliable and dedicated Call Center Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Assistant will be responsible for handling incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services, pricing, promotions, and company policies. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and scheduling deliveries. 4. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Update customer records in the database and maintain accurate documentation. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 7. Follow company guidelines and procedures to deliver high-quality service.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong project management skills and ability to multitask. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
