Job Description:
Saudi Railways Organization is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time entry-level position, the Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to individuals contacting our call center.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, feedback, and complaints - Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner - Documenting all interactions with customers in the call center database - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the resolution of their concerns - Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Must be detail-oriented and organized
