Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is seeking a passionate and resourceful individual to join our team as a Call Center Assistant, working from home in Riyadh, SA. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. You will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while inputting customer information into the system and following up on customer requests.

In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will also be required to analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. Strong negotiation skills will be essential in dealing with customer complaints and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
