Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Assistant to join our team at Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance metrics on a consistent basis - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to all company guidelines and procedures

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure - Must be driven and resourceful - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
