Job Description - Call Center Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a Call Center Associate to join our team at Jarir Marketing Company in Riyadh, SA. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information and assistance. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any issues. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 4. Listen actively to customer concerns and address them promptly and effectively. 5. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system. 6. Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Meet and exceed performance targets for call resolution and customer satisfaction. 8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 9. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Adaptability and confidence in handling various customer situations. 3. Strong attention to detail and innovative problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education preferred. 8. Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus.
