Job Description - Call Center Associate

Job Description:


Jarir Marketing Company is seeking a passionate and hardworking Call Center Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. 4. Use innovative techniques to upsell or cross-sell products and services. 5. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer service goals. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 8. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. 3. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Demonstrated ability to think analytically and problem-solve effectively. 6. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required. 7. Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
