Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Associate to join our team at Al Tazaj in Jeddah, SA. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or potential leads - Providing product information and assisting customers with placing orders - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong cooperation and planning skills - 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
