Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Sipchem is currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Call Center Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or update them on new promotions or products. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges. 4. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 5. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 8. Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills. 3. Strong customer service skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong teamwork and time management skills. 6. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem solve. 7. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure. 8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. 9. Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required.
