Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers over the phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Listen to customers' concerns and provide appropriate solutions. 3. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information. 4. Update customer accounts and databases with accurate information. 5. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals. 6. Complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely manner. 7. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic while working remotely.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or call center environment. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to actively listen to customers. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work.
