Call Center Associate

Job description:

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Call Center Associate to join our team at Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd in Medina, SA. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively - Provide information about products and services to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong time management and decision-making skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
