Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team at Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company. In this part-time position, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their inquiries. As a Remote Call Center Associate, you will play a key role in representing our company and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and answering questions - Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed - Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures - Stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and products

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Resilient and independent personality traits - Strong project management and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
