Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a highly motivated Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate who has at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be resourceful and adaptable, with strong soft skills in analysis and leadership.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication scripts when handling different topics - Identify customers' needs and upsell products or services when appropriate - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals and targets

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
