Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Al-Yamama is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Call Center Associate working from home. This position is part-time and entry-level, requiring no prior experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to problem solve effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service at all times. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Meet or exceed set performance goals and metrics. 7. Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. 6. Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection. 7. Project management and problem-solving skills are a plus.
