Job Description:
Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with a minimum of 6 years of experience, the Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our call center operations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance targets and KPIs. 2. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to optimize workflow and maximize productivity. 3. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancement. 4. Train and mentor call center staff to enhance their skills and enhance customer service delivery. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer inquiries. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations.
Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management. - Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a team to achieve goals. - Energetic and motivated personality with strong leadership and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
