Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Bawan Company is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Call Center Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in call center management.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor call center metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. 4. Train, coach, and mentor call center staff to enhance their skills and improve their productivity. 5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. 7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and confident personality traits. 2. Excellent presentation and time management skills. 3. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team empowerment. 4. Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and call center software. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
