Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Call Center Manager to join our team at Kudu Company for Food and Catering in Mecca, SA. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving overall efficiency and performance.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of call center representatives, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation. 2. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to optimize productivity and quality of service. 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify trends and implement improvements. 4. Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Implement technology solutions to enhance call center operations and customer satisfaction. 7. Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and foster teamwork. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in call center management or a related field. 2. Proven track record of leadership and team management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 6. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. 7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
