Job Description - Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Dallah Healthcare Company is seeking a Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 8 years of experience in call center management, who is adaptable, dedicated, and possesses strong teamwork and time management skills. As a Mid-to-Senior Level manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of remote call center representatives, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. 2. Monitor call center activity and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. 3. Train, coach, and mentor call center representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their job effectively. 4. Manage scheduling and attendance to ensure adequate coverage for call volume and meet service level goals. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 8 years of experience in call center management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office applications. 6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 7. Must be adaptable, dedicated, and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
