Job Description:
Jarir Marketing Company is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Call Center Manager to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the call center team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a call center environment and a proven track record of success in managing a team.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize call center operations and improve customer service metrics - Monitor and analyze call center performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Hire, train, and supervise call center staff to ensure quality customer service and performance standards are met - Develop and implement training programs to enhance call center staff skills and performance - Create and maintain call center policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to call center staff - Develop and manage call center budgets and goals to drive performance and profitability
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven ability to drive results and meet performance goals - Experience in strategic planning and decision-making - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Driven and motivated personality - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software - Flexibility to work part-time hours
