Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


ACWA Power is seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will be confident and dedicated, with strong soft skills in teamwork and planning.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency. 2. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to improve overall performance. 3. Manage a team of call center representatives, providing coaching and training as needed. 4. Monitor call center metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. 5. Work closely with other departments to address customer issues and escalations. 6. Strive to achieve operational excellence and meet KPIs set by senior management. 7. Handle escalated customer calls and resolve conflicts in a professional manner. 8. Prepare reports and analysis on call center performance for management review.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 8+ years of experience in a call center setting, with at least 3 years in a management role. 3. Strong communication and leadership skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in call center technologies and software. 6. Knowledge of customer service best practices. 7. Fluent in English and Arabic.
