Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description:

Advanced Petrochemical Company is seeking a part-time Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a call center environment, with a track record of success in managing remote teams.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center representatives, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high performance and excellent customer service. - Monitor call volume, productivity, and quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to meet KPIs. - Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skillset of call center representatives. - Work closely with the HR department to recruit, onboard, and train new team members. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the call center operations. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center environment, with previous experience in a remote management role. - Energetic and dedicated personality traits. - Strong decision-making and planning skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and call center software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
